There are several other reasons why a person's vehicle may be impounded:

  The first step in getting your vehicle back is to understand why it was impounded and to obtain a release from the police agency that has towed it.

   The second step is to call or email us for the current charges on your vehicle. Be sure to have the vehicle license number or VIN (vehicle identification number) ready, as you will be asked for this.

The third step is to come down and pay for your car. Be sure to bring proof of ownership because we cannot release the vehicle to anyone but the owner. Be sure to act quickly to avoid expensive storage fees, and a possible lien against your vehicle.
